PAL tracks a standardized reference lifecycle for each published signal. Reference entries, updates and exits create a consistent forward record; they do not prove that any member obtained the same execution or return.
Actual results can differ because of market movement, spreads, liquidity, order handling, security availability, broker execution, foreign-exchange effects, fees, taxes and the time at which a member acts or does not act.
PAL Research separates prospective forward tracking from historical research. Historical tests are not presented as live performance, and forward results are populated only from genuine prospective PAL activity.
Periods with no valid signal are a normal outcome. Unsuccessful signals are not removed from the forward record merely because the outcome was negative.
Before commercial dissemination, PAL Research will finalize the process for required producer, timing, interest and conflict-of-interest disclosures based on the legal classification of the service and the instruments concerned.
